In the 1980s, a once-renowned storyteller now toils away at a sawmill, concealing his performer identity due to his impoverished state. Meanwhile, a 17-year-old boy residing in a juvenile home harbors a fervent desire to learn storytelling, supported by the Superintendent. The boy's eagerness reignites the storyteller's passion for his craft.
